Providing both pole and base mounted custom highway DOT lighting control systems, Control Craft can support your needs with full design and assembly services. These systems will feature durable and reliable components from well-known manufacturers, assembled by a team of experienced technicians.
Typical systems feature aluminum NEMA rated ventilated enclosures measuring 42” long, 27” wide, and 12” deep, which are suited specifically for transportation applications. Available in 120 and 480VAC, single R3 phase, up to 200 amps, with wire sizes from 14 AWG to 4/0 and features such as main breakers, fuses, circuit breakers, switches, photoelectric controls, and secondary lighting arrestors. Assembly includes equipment mounting, placement of entries, and wire terminations, as well as full testing. Working from customer-supplied drawings, lead times of as little as two weeks are available.
